The three latest additions to the agenda are Arvind Krishna, IBM's senior vice president overseeing research operations; Helen Wong, an attorney at the FTC known for delivering a TEDx presentation on "The Future of Money" the previous year; and Rep. David Schweikert, a U.S. Congressman serving on the House Financial Services Committee. Notably, this marks the first occasion when a member of that particular committee has publicly addressed Bitcoin and the broader cryptocurrency landscape.

Those interested in attending can currently register, with early-bird VIP passes priced at $99. Students and government workers can access special pricing arrangements. For the District, this represents a significant moment—the capital hasn't witnessed a cryptocurrency conference of comparable scope since the 2014 Bitcoin in the Beltway event. While the Chamber of Digital Commerce has successfully organized smaller gatherings during the intervening period, the DC Blockchain Summit represents a dramatic step forward in terms of scale and profile.

Don Tapscott, the acclaimed author and business strategist, will deliver the keynote address. The speaking lineup also encompasses Brian Kelly from CNBC, FBI's C. Alden Pelker, and Jason Weinstein from Steptoe and the Department of Justice. The cryptocurrency sector itself boasts strong representation, with Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin, Circle's John Beccia, Coin Center's Jerry Brito and Core Developer Jeff Garzik all confirmed to participate. A comprehensive speaker directory is accessible online. We will provide on-site coverage with an aim to deliver the most thorough reporting available.
